Home Health Physical Therapist - $65+ per visit

Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist in Columbia, MD for ongoing, full-time, part-time, or per diem roles performing home visits for adult and geriatric clients.

• Requires at least one year of clinical experience and a Maryland PT license.
• Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, educating clients and families, and documenting care using electronic records.
• Must be available weekdays between 8:30am-5pm.
