This is a W-2 employee position.The practice works with a payroll service to separate taxes owed and also handle costs of health insurance deductions each paycheck. All credentialing and insurance claims is handled by the practice as well as marketing and client load. Therapists do not have to worry about any of the things they would have to worry about if in their own private practice. We handle it all !

Technologically based, this practice uses a HIPAA compliant portal for videoconferencing, maintaining Electric Health Records, as well as a messaging feature for clients between sessions .

Requirements

Must have a Masters level degree, and be independently licensed (LICSW or LMHC).

Must Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience.

• Currently looking for a therapist who is independently licensed in both the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Islandmust be willing to become licensed in both states. )as well as Certified in EMDR
  
  

Full Time therapists must be willing to have a caseload of a minimum of 23 clients per week.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to complete progress notes, treatment plans and evaluations in a timely manner.

• Must be willing to work at least 2 evenings per week (which evening is determined by therapist, latest appointments at 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm)
• Must be available to work at the practice 4 or more days a week. The practice is open 6 days per week.
• Must be willing to work Thursdays. We have paid mandatory group meetings every Thursday. A therapist can choose what other days they would like to work other than Thursday.
• Must be comfortable working with adult clients 18 years and over with a variety of different needs
• Must be open minded and willing to work with a diverse population of clients
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health therapy to clients, utilizing EMDR techniques to address trauma responses.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to support clients' mental health goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.
