The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) assists the Recruiters in scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• The TAC is also responsible for managing all position related hiring requirements such as licensure, certifications and background screenings.
• The TAC will support the hiring process for three to four Recruiters.
• This position provides backup coverage to the reception area where they must monitor applicant flow and appropriate testing.
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Minimum of two years' office experience preferred.
• Prior Human Resources experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, Human Resources or Staffing experience a plus.
• Good time management skills with ability to prioritize and reprioritize on a daily basis.
• Ability to manage in a high-volume environment.
• Must be initiative driven.
• Superior customer service skills required.
