Level II - Mental Health - $35-46 per hour

Seeking a Mental Health Level II Therapist in Tucson, AZ for an ongoing full-time role.

• Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and referrals for behavioral health patients.
• Administer LOC assessments, develop treatment plans with goals, and incorporate community supports.
• Conduct mental status exams, risk assessments, and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Implement and adjust treatment, de-escalate agitated patients, and respond to crises or emergencies.
• Maintain effective team relationships, document accurately, and participate in quality improvement.
• Lead treatment planning and train team members at Level 2; develop program policies at Level 3.
• Requires Master’s in behavioral health, Arizona license, 2+ years experience, and strong communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Bilingual (Spanish), CPR/CPI, And Substance Abuse Certification.

Must be able to work flexible hours, transport self, and have a valid AZ driver’s license.
