Purpose: (General description and summary)
The Team Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the Integrated Team Based Care (ITBC) outpatient program. The Team Supervisor provides supervision and support to the integrated team members and is responsible for hiring, training, and an overall team culture that fosters respect, feedback, person centered and trauma informed approaches.

Education/Certificates/Licenses/Registration:
Must possess a QMHP, QMHA or PSS certification. There is a pay differential for possessing a QMHP due to increased ability to provide supervision per OARs.

New Narrative outpatient operations are an essential part of New Narrative’s overall continuum of service and support. As a member of the ITBC team, the Housing Coordinator will help to ensure best practices, positive outcomes, and quality of services.

Accountabilities: (Responsibilities of the job)
- Provides regular supervision to supervisees
- Conducts group supervision in program team meetings and provides employee training as needed
- Initiates recruitment, hiring, training, and discipline and collaborates with the Program Manager and Clinical Director as needed
- Approves timecards in a timely manner, reviewing for accuracy
- Completing all 90 day and annual reviews in a timely manner
- Leads daily huddles, supporting consistent and efficient consultation between team members with diverse disciplines and experience
- Audit charts for compliance
- Audit support systems such as OpenFit and PowerBI to ensure that staff members are meeting productivity and that participants are being seen and outreached regularly
- Support team members in interpersonal mediation as necessary to ensure team cohesion
- Plan and provide appropriate employee appreciation at an individual and team level
- Attend and positively participate in required meetings, including ITBC meetings and care coordination meetings with LMPS to support collaboration and efficiency
- Adhere to any applicable ethics codes and New Narrative’s mission and values
- Follow all New Narrative policies, procedures, and protocols
- Adhere to regular work schedule as set by direct supervisor
- Follow through on all directives and instructions
- Maintain current Oregon Driver’s License
- Maintain CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
- Pursue ongoing development of skills and competencies as required by individuals licensing bodies and as required to maintain competency in the role

Education/Certificates/Licenses/Registration:

Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience providing direct supervision and support
- Three years' experience working in community mental health providing peer support services, case management and/or behavior health treatment, particularly with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred
- Multi-lingual preferred
- Ability to be a culture leader, supporting in the development and management of a well-functioning, participant-centered team.
- Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
