How You Will Make An Impact
- Support or lead teams in projects, activities and initiatives.
- Assume the role of client advocate, responsible to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s expectations.
- Provide meeting agendas/minutes for internal and external project calls.
- Create risk management plan with project team to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
- Prepare and manage a project plan to meet customer deliverables in Workfront.
- Lead meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
- Deliver projects within agreed upon timeline and budget.
- Manage project financials and timelines in Workfront.
- Report project progress via meetings, presentations, and emails.
- Monitor and control project activities and risks.
- Communicate timelines and ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements per contract.
- Eliminate roadblocks and solve problems preventing projects progress.
- Manage & resolve customer escalations.
- Mentor and train Project Coordinators, Associate Project Managers, and Project Managers
- Provide oversight and guidance to PM team members in completing program deliverables according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, tracking, and reporting for projects vs. budget
- Skilled in effectively communicating with all levels in small and large group settings.
- Proven track record to lead teams, influence, and achieve results within a matrix environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
- Embodies company cultural and values and aligns daily actions with department and company culture.
- Generally, Eight (8) years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or six (6) years of relevant experience with a master’s degree.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external clients.
- Great organization and communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven abilities to function effectively and tactfully with multiple departments and personnel, able to gain consensus and commitment.
- Prior experience in project timeline and client management preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
