What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in HR training and development or related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant tools.
