Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, the TA Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting recruitment coordination across the organization, ensuring seamless and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.


The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by ensuring candidates interviewing at Viridian have everything they need to accurately represent themselves throughout the interview process.


This role is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our office-based employees are required to work in the office three (3) days a week.


This role is a contract-to-hire position.


Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones, managing logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews with efficiency and professionalism
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate journey, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch, white-glove experience
  • Job Posting: Post roles on job boards and platforms; assist recruiters with sourcing activities and outreach campaigns when needed
  • Survey Management: Own the administration and tracking of candidate and hiring manager experience surveys, including timely distribution, monitoring completion, and compiling actionable feedback for the HR team
  • Offer Coordination: Assist in preparing offer letters and background checks; coordinate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows and candidate experience through improved tools, templates, and processes
  • Talent Projects: Support recruiting initiatives such as employer branding, hiring manager training, and recruiting event logistics


Qualifications:


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or relevant HR experience preferably in biotech, pharma, or a high-growth setting
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (UKG, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates and senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience
