Health Central Park Long Term Care of Winter Garden, FL, a part of Orlando Health, is now searching for a Nurse Supervisor. This is a per diem role on the dayshift. As an Nursing Supervisor at Health Central Park, you will be responsible for supervising nursing and support personnel in a 228 bed long-term care facility. You will take ownership of all facility operational activities on the designated shift, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. You will find rewards in playing a meaningful role that ensures every patient receives the safe, quality and personalized care they deserve.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing a plus
- Current professional license as a registered nurse in the State of Florida
- Must maintain a current BLS certification
- One (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a clinical setting required; prior supervisory experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or residential care strongly preferred
