Rep Order Processing I

The Order Processing Representative's (OPR) main function is to provide customer service by opening new accounts, DQSA and Tracelink, entering all faxed orders, mailed orders and orders placed via EDI. They are responsible for ad hoc projects with Product Marketing. Provide accounts with product information, product pricing, and dating shipping information for inbound and outbound call requests. Assist all internal and external customers in serving the customer to ensure excellent customer service. Responsible for any special projects assigned by the CS Manager.
- Entering all mailed, faxed, and EDI orders. Main customers focused on, but not limited to, the Military and Wholesale/Distributor accounts.
- Process all faxed, mailed and EDI orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- The OPR will also act as a back up to entering and maintaining CDC account orders. Order maintenance includes entering orders, following up with confirmation calls regarding pricing and shipping information.
- Responsible for utilizing all technical tools available such as SAP, Customer360, VaxSourc
- Support the DIA area by opening accounts or updating account information.
- On-going training
Understanding of the Sanofi Pasteur Business, Customer Service, and Business to Business selling model.
Direct contact with Healthcare Providers, Military, and CDC.
Problem solving, troubleshooting issues, cross-functional work with other departments, and teamwork.
Experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or vaccines is preferred
Working understanding of SAP, Vaxsource, Customer 360, Microsoft office, Tracelink/DQSA, EDI,
Yellow Fever requirements
Excellent understanding of customer expectations, listening, negotiating, and multi-tasking skill
