Who you are.
As Product Manager for Coaching and Live Services at Virgin Pulse, you will work closely with the live services team, UX, user research and engineering to develop and execute the product roadmap to support Virgin Pulse's live services including condition and lifestyle coaching and benefits navigation. You will incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and find ways to better integrate the live and digital aspects of the platform.
You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, strong agile and process skills, and the drive to make your product vision a reality. You enjoy spending time collaborating with key stakeholders, to bring innovative products to market that meet data-driven business, quality and functional goals.
Position can be based in one of the following office locations:
- Providence, RI
- Framingham, MA
- Minneapolis, MN
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Our product managers enjoy working with lots of inputs and constraints: product and UX vision, use cases, go to market timing, and development budget. They also have a passion for creating winning products, can own the process of product delivery, and can work well within a close knit product delivery team.

- 2+ years working as a product manager using an agile software development process
- Experience in clinical services, healthcare or coaching
- Salesforce experience very helpful
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Experience with products used by large numbers of employees
- Excellent communication skills
TRAVEL: This position requires occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Globally
