Administrative and Research Coordinator - Executive Recruiting

Twitter’s Executive Search team is seeking an administrative and research coordinator to help enable us to operate more efficiently while continuing to deliver high-quality search execution. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, helping to identify new leaders and ensuring a great candidate and client experience throughout the entire recruiting process.
Administrative/Coordination Responsibilitiis - 70%
Provide calendar, administrative, and coordination support to the Director of Global Executive Search including procurement and invoices.
Schedule intake and search update meetings.
Provide coordination support for offsites, events, meetings, presentations, and program management.
Facilitate meetings by structuring agendas, taking notes, and prioritizing work streams
Accurately complete data entry and scheduling requests.
Coordinate directly with candidates to schedule recruiter interviews and confirm hiring manager meetings.
Partner with Coordinators, Project Managers, and Executive Assistants to drive alignment, communication, best practices.
Create, edit, proofread, and format executive facing presentations and reports.
Ad hoc projects as requested.
Research Responsibilities - 30%
Partner with Executive Recruiters to develop ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain company and candidate target lists.
Execute research projects including title and organizational mapping of target companies as assigned.

- 4 or more years of experience in a project coordination, administrative assistant, or research librarian role with event planning and calendaring experience.
Expertise with Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets, and databases.
Experience coordinating events and meetings.
Experience in recruiting or research is a strong plus.
