The Business Support Consultant 4 will consult and provide leadership to Consumer and Small Business Banking BPM teams to ensure a successful Process Excellence implementation plan; including readiness assessments, process model delivery and communications that are strategic in nature.
- 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
- 7 + years of experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment
- 5+ years of change management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience with leading implementation on large scale initiatives (readiness assessments, training and communication planning)
- Experience leading operations and delivery of a product
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
