Job Description

The Network Operations (NetOps) team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the global network infrastructure (datacenters, network hubs/colos, manufacturing plants, office buildings, etc.). This includes Wireless, Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Software Defined Networks, Policy/Security Controls, etc.

This position is for a Customer Network Analyst (CNA), a NetOps team member, based in Dearborn, Michigan. This is NOT a remote position. Onsite presence is required.

• Five years hands-on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networks in a large enterprise environment
• Sound understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (network, storage, and hosting)
• Tier-2/3 support experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
• Advanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SDWAN and SD-Access
• Problem-solver mindset with a passion for learning new technologies; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and IT business towers
• Experience managing large global network infrastructure projects
• Strong communication skills – comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendors
• Strong team player with multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation skills to develop knowledge-based articles for the adoption of new technologies in NetOps
